Characteristic

This product is a special graphite felt electrode material for all vanadium flow battery electrode. It is made of imported oxide wire needle felt through carbonization, graphitization and other processes

Because the production process of the product is processed and produced by continuous equipment, the felt surface is flat, the thickness is uniform, and the electrochemical performance is consistent everywhere. It is used in the electrode material of all vanadium liquid flow battery. It has the characteristics of small internal resistance of the stack, good and uniform electrochemical activity, good corrosion resistance, low cycle attenuation of the stack, high energy efficiency and so on.

Data analysis

1. The thickness of zopin's electrode graphite felt is 4.35mm, reaching 1400 turns of voltage, and the efficiency can still be maintained at more than 90%.
2. The thickness of SGL's battery felt is 5.2mm, and the efficiency is > 90% when the voltage reaches 1000 cycles.
