PVDF JHS-1020 is a high-viscosity polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin prepared using a suspension polymerization method with copolymer modification. The copolymer contains polar functional groups, enhancing the adhesion properties between active materials, metal foils, and polymers. Use

Adding suggestions: ternary system (NCM523, NCM622, NCM811, NCA811): 1.2-1.8%;

LEP system: 2.2-2.8%; LMO system: 1.3-1.7%; LCO system: 1.0-1.2%

The amount added is adjusted according to the density and specific surface area of the cathode material.

Instructions for use: When gluing by wet method, stir at high speed for 1-1.5h, wait until the PVDF is completely dissolved before entering the pulping process. Because PVDF resin has a large molecular weight and slow dissolution speed, PVDF can be dissolved by increasing the stirring time.

Measures such as adding to the stirring kettle in batches and increasing the stirring temperature can increase the dissolution rate.
