BGO is the abbreviation of Bismuth germanate, It is a cubic structure, colorless and transparent inorganic oxide crystal, It can emits green fluorescence with a peak wavelength of 480 nm under excitation by high-energy particles and high-energy rays (x-ray, γ-ray).
